Galen is a spiritual leader and healer on the Ihanktonwan reservation in South Dakota. He has spent his entire life learning about Dakota/Nakota/Lakota spiritual, ceremonial and traditional ways and continues to learn and grow each day. Galen started Tatanka Oyate Preservation Society to preserve all aspects of Ihanktonwan culture that are relevant to the traditional way of life for future generationsto come (7 generations).
